RocksBox Review October 2015

I know this is already a week into November, but these are pieces that I received from RocksBox in October.  If you're new to Rocksbox and want to know more about how it works, check out this post.  Stick around til later in the post and I'll tell you how you can try Rocksbox for free and get $25 spending money!

What I've found that I love about Rocksbox is that the $19 monthly fee allows you to exchange your jewelry for a new set as often as you like throughout the month without paying anything more. They are also really fast with the turnaround time.

I only chose one set this month but that was because I was enjoying wearing them and needed extra time to decide if I wanted to purchase anything or not.

What I've found out from my first two boxes and the third on the way is that some of their prices do seem pretty inflated.  Now, I think that can be okay because if this reason:  You don't have to buy anything, therefore, not spend the inflated price.  It's more of a "rental service" where you can just exchange your jewelry for new pieces when you get tired of wearing it.  Even if you want to keep it for 3 months, you're only paying the $19 monthly fee each month.  Or you could pay the same fee and get 20 new shipments- it's up to you.

This is what I received in my 2nd shipment:

House of Harlow Kinetic Pendant $70

I really like this necklace.  It's a little hard to see but there are about a hundred tiny rhinestones in the necklace which makes it really sparkly.  It came in a really cute little pouch and adds the right amount of interest to a basic outfit.

Perry Street Gabriella Bracelet  $40

I also really like this bracelet.  Sorry I didn't take a picture of it on me.  But it had white stones with rhinestones in between.  The bracelet was stretch so that it would fit over anyone's wrist and also not slide around or fall off which I liked.  The only thing was that it seemed to have little "facets" that you could feel on the inside and they hurt a bit.  I wore the bracelet a few times to see if I could get used to it or just forget the fact that it hurt me ( I really liked the bracelet, can you tell? lol), but in the end I had to return it because I just couldn't get over that fact.

Gorjana G Ring Set  $36

Honestly, I was a little disappointed in this item.  To me, it's literally just 3 plain, thin silver rings. There was nothing special or interesting about them.  So these went right back in the box once I took them out and tried them on.

Status: Returned

So, loving 2 out of 3 pieces isn't bad!  I'm still enjoying the service and love how you can get as many new pieces as you like.  I also have to give them props on the turn around time between sending a shipment back to them, having them pick you a new set, and getting it back out to you.  I would think that maybe they would take a while, given the fact that you don't pay any more money through out the month, but they really don't!

Okay, so i promised to tell you how to get a free month to try out Rocksbox for yourself and to get $25 spending money towards it.  I have a code you can use.  when you go to Rocksbox website, put in the code KELLYBFF544.  BUT it is only good for the first THREE people who use it in a month.  So hurry!!  I'll update this post when they are all gone for November!

Check out my first RocksBox!
